创业警觉研究前沿探析与未来展望

摘要
自奥地利学派著名学者Kirzner发现了创业警觉在自由市场均衡过程中所起的协调作用以来,心理学、创业学和组织学等多个学科的学者对创业警觉的概念内涵及其在创业和组织发展过程中的动力和作用机制进行了深入而又持续的探讨,并且取得了许多值得关注的成果。本文首先回顾了创业警觉研究的整体理论进展,然后梳理了注意力基础观、社会认知、创业行动和组织变革四个视角下的创业警觉研究演进脉络,最后小结了现有创业警觉研究仍存在的不足并对未来研究方向进行了展望。

①国内不同的学者把“entrepreneurial alertness”分别译成“企业家警觉”、“创业警觉性”、“创业机敏性”和“创业洞察力”等。回顾Kirzner的相关系列著述可以发现,警觉的概念内涵也在不断丰富,从企业家不做刻意搜索就注意到未被别人发现的市场机会的禀赋(Kirzner,1973和1979)到大胆构想未来市场的倾向(Kirzner,1985),再到努力注意并正确构想未来的能力(Kirzner,1992)。其他学者从认知特征、能力、行动过程等多个角度对这个概念进行了探讨。因此,为了更加全面地反映既有研究关于警觉的定义,本文采用“创业警觉”,以涵盖警觉的生成、发生与结果等特征。

③指能够适应环境、强调基于专长的权力分布并倡导开放型沟通的企业。
