组织演化关乎组织发展方向和生死存亡,是组织研究中的重点内容。间断平衡和渐进变化是两种主要演化形式,而间断平衡规律在一定程度上将渐进变化和剧烈变化囊括其中,更为全面、准确地描述了组织演化的过程特征,已经成为国外组织研究的热点和前沿。本文对组织间断平衡演化的概念内涵、研究维度、成因分析及策略构建四个方面的研究文献进行了疏理和述评,并针对当前研究中的不足,提炼出亟待完善的思考方向。
