摘要
近些年来,企业社会责任(corporate social responsibility,以下简称CSR)问题日益受到国内外理论界和实务界的广泛关注。本文基于国外关于CSR的最新研究成果,就CSR的构成要素、要素间的模式类别及其比较,以及战略性CSR等问题进行了分析和述评,并对相关研究成果及其启示进行了总结。
