作为中国民营经济核心主体的家族企业如何保持战略持续性是建立长期竞争优势和应对转型挑战的关键。然而,现有研究尚未充分揭示家族企业在代际传承情境下战略持续性的内在影响机制。本研究基于心理所有权理论构建了家族代际传承影响战略持续性的理论框架,通过自我效能与影响、拥有空间、自我认同三种心理所有权发展动机,阐释其如何作用于管理者的心理所有权感知,进而动态调节家族代际传承与战略持续性之间的关系。实证结果表明:代际传承会显著降低家族企业的战略持续性;业绩期望落差会强化上述效应;而企业声誉与宗族文化则会弱化上述效应。本研究不仅从心理所有权视角深化了对家族企业传承过程中战略决策微观机制的理解,也为正处于代际交替关键阶段的家族企业提升治理效能、实现持续发展提供了重要的实践启示。
