管理时尚研究述评

摘要
管理时尚理论的研究对象是层出不穷、流行时间短暂的管理技术或技巧。本文回顾了以新制度学派理论为基础,围绕供需双方的相互作用构建的管理时尚理论框架,重点分析供给方及其制造管理时尚的过程,以及主要由社会心理和技术经济因素构成的需求因素;然后对借鉴创新理论考察管理时尚传播过程的相关研究进行了述评,并对管理时尚研究常用的案例研究法和文献计量研究法进行了评介;最后对管理时尚研究进行了总结。
