摘要
本文对近年来西方人力资源管理和组织行为学领域兴起的组织犬儒主义问题研究进行了综述性介绍,内容包括犬儒主义的定义及其与相关概念的区别,社会心理层面、特定职业领域、组织变革领域等方面的犬儒主义研究以及犬儒主义与相关变量关系的研究等。最后,本文指出了现有研究的不足及未来的研究方向。
