基于创业导向、网络化能力和知识资源视角的新创企业竞争优势问题探讨

摘要
本文对创业导向、网络化能力、知识资源和新创企业竞争优势的相关研究文献进行了系统的梳理,构建了创业导向、网络化能力、知识资源与新创企业竞争优势间关系的概念模型,根据各相关变量之间的关系提出了若干理论假设,并得出了知识资源对于新创企业构建竞争优势具有重要的意义、外部获取和内部创造是新创企业获得知识资源的两种重要方式,以及新创企业的创业导向和网络化能力是获取和创造知识资源并把它们转化为企业竞争优势的两个重要权变因素的结论。
