组织设计思想演变与发展轨迹探析

摘要
考虑组织问题首先就得考虑组织设计的问题。20世纪末期,大量组织设计新方法的出现,导致组织设计思想发生了重大变化,而这些新思想所涉及的范围与领域非常广阔,并一直处于不断的变化之中,因而考察组织设计思想的演变与发展轨迹对于推进组织理论的发展具有重要的意义。本文对古典组织设计思想进行了回顾,介绍了组织设计思想的发展,并考察了影响组织设计的新变量。
