在西方现代社会理论“实践转向”的大背景下,战略管理研究中兴起了“战略即实践”的视角,将战略实践活动、惯例以及实践者作为核心研究对象。经过二十多年的发展,“战略即实践”学派初步形成。它关注“生活世界”,以诠释学中的“筑造”模式和“栖居”模式为本体论基础,重新界定了战略研究中“结构”与“能动性”的关系,扩展了战略研究的边界,并与制度理论、惯例理论、身份理论、叙事理论进行了对话与融合。本文回顾并讨论了这一学派发展的基本脉络、哲学基础、基本原理、应用范例以及发展面临的挑战,指出了它对推动中国本土管理“实践转向”的启示。此外,本文从行动者、行动导向、行动逻辑等方面比较了它与中国古典“知行合一”观的异同,展望了研究本土管理实践和建构理论的新机会。
