面对动态、复杂的外部环境和人类的有限理性,个体很难通过有限的知识和能力避免差错的发生。组织中的差错亦不可避免,如何应对差错成为每个组织面临的现实问题。差错管理以一种积极的视角看待差错,是组织差错防范策略的重要补充。本文在对差错、差错管理、差错管理氛围等概念进行澄清的基础上,从变量测量、影响因素、作用效果等方面对国内外差错管理氛围相关研究进行了系统的回顾与梳理,并从概念独特性、本土化测量、研究方法多样性等方面探讨了差错管理氛围的未来研究方向。
