犯错是工作场所中普遍的现象,善于发掘差错中所蕴含的知识和信息有助于避免差错的反复出现,从而提升工作效率。为此,领导需要帮助下属养成积极的差错导向。基于社会信息加工理论,并根据284名员工的样本,本文提出并检验了谦卑型领导对于帮助下属形成积极的差错学习导向、抑制消极的差错掩盖导向的直接作用,以及对于提升下属工作绩效的间接作用。在此基础上,本文进一步检验了谦卑型领导对于两类自恋型下属的有效性。结果表明,下属的欣赏型自恋同时减弱了谦卑型领导对其差错学习导向的直接促进效应以及对其工作绩效的间接提升效应;下属的敌对型自恋同时增强了谦卑型领导对其差错掩盖导向的直接抑制效应以及对其工作绩效的间接提升效应。
