7145本文旨在揭示创业者创业学习对员工创业学习的直接作用，并从能力、动机、定向三个角度，揭示员工就业能力、员工工作形塑及员工工作激情的中介作用，以及谦卑型领导的调节作用。利用205份新企业问卷调查数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明，创业者创业学习正向影响员工创业学习，员工就业能力、工作激情和工作形塑在创业者和员工创业学习之间发挥中介作用，谦卑型领导正向调节员工就业能力和工作形塑与员工创业学习之间的关系。本文构建了创业者到员工创业学习转移路径与机制的理论模型，从员工创业学习这一新的层面和创业学习转移这一新的视角丰富和拓展了创业学习研究。
