随着数字技术的快速迭代和应用成本的下降,虚拟数字人正在深刻改变多个行业的交互方式、服务模式和内容形态,在提升效率、优化体验、创新模式、拓展边界等方面展现出巨大价值。也正因为如此,如何培育一个鲜活且有持续生命力的虚拟数字人成为企业现阶段的重要关切。为此,本文以虚拟数字人洛天依为研究对象,以符号互动、价值共创以及商业生态系统为理论基础,解析和揭示了虚拟数字人商业生态系统培育的过程和机制。研究发现:第一,从商业生态系统理论视角出发,发现虚拟数字人的培育是一个由数字人构建和互动关系塑造到受众群体聚集和共创,再到多主体关系拓展,最终形成价值共创共享的共生型商业生态系统的三阶段层进式演化过程,这一发现奠定了虚拟数字人商业生态系统培育的理论基础;第二,“符号互动—价值共创—生态共生”层进式演进机制,推动了虚拟数字人商业生态系统的构建,为虚拟数字人等虚拟形象的培育提供了实践路径,同时也在虚拟现实场景下拓展了现有的相关理论。
