迁移创业者是从一地迁移到另一地,并在迁入地居住和开展创业活动的个体。来源地和迁入地因素何以影响迁移创业?现有研究主要关注两地距离大小对迁移创业者的影响,忽略了迁移的方向性。本研究指出,创业者的迁移方向可以更全面地反映来源地与迁入地的特征,并揭示两地差异对创业者的影响。本文引入混合嵌入视角,识别出迁移方向的两个维度(“向相对发达/欠发达地区迁移”与“离乡/返乡”),并整合了来源地优劣势和外来优劣势两组概念,讨论迁移方向如何影响创业者所面临的优势和劣势。基于上述认识,本文搭建出迁移创业者分类研究框架,剖析了在不同的迁移方向下这些优势和劣势如何塑造创业者的活动、构建不同的创业机会类型。本研究揭示了迁移方向与创业者可开发的机会类型之间的内在逻辑联系,拓宽了来源地优劣势概念在创业研究中的应用空间,并充实了关于距离方向性的讨论。
