在人口老龄化背景下,个体行为的生命周期特征迅速累积放大,产生了显著的宏观经济效应和政策调整压力,这引起了学者们的普遍关注。文章基于对20世纪90年代以来人口老龄化与货币政策最终目标、中介目标和传导效果领域的研究文献的综述,发现人口老龄化可能会打破货币政策在通货膨胀与产出增长目标之间的权衡,宏观经济环境恶化、操作空间收窄以及传导效果弱化是老龄经济体中货币政策面临的主要挑战。文章认为我国货币政策当局要通过加强自然利率估算、探索更加精准的中介目标、疏通传导渠道以及重视各类调控政策的配合,以提升老龄化冲击下的货币政策调控效力。
