区别于传统创业过程,人工智能赋能创业是指创业者积极利用或协同人工智能进行创业机会利用与开发的过程。人工智能赋能创业不仅催生了全新的创业实践问题,也从根本上挑战了经典创业理论。本文首先通过系统文献法,分析了人工智能对创业意愿、创业机会、创业团队和商业模式的影响,在此基础上归纳了人工智能赋能创业的初代模型。其次,基于人工智能内在化的新视角,尝试构建了从专用人工智能到通用人工智能的人工智能赋能创业的内在一体化研究框架。该框架认为,基于人机协同,通用人工智能将会自动实现包括创业偏好、创业资源、创业团队和商业模式在内的创业要素一体化。此时,通用人工智能不仅是创业工具,更是创业伙伴,可以加速创业进程并提升创业质量。但是人工智能也可能带来潜在的破坏,因此有必要引入规制护栏加以防范。最后,本文结合已有文献,提出未来可能的研究议题。作为创业研究的最新前沿,本文有助于推进并拓展人工智能在创业理论和实践中的运用。
