创业环境复杂性与个体认知有限性之间存在天然矛盾,创业者不得不依赖刻板印象信息提供的认知捷径来提高决策效率。性别刻板印象议题由此成为女性创业研究的热点,产生了丰富的实证和综述成果。以往研究认为性别刻板印象给女性创业带来了诸多障碍。最新的研究逐渐突破一元观点,强调其会产生多元复杂影响,但这些研究结论尚未被系统总结。因此,本文检索并梳理了2000—2023年间发表的189篇中英文文章,构建了女性创业活动中性别刻板印象的“来源—激活—影响—干预”分析框架。框架辨析了创业领域性别刻板印象的四种来源渠道;区分了激活性别刻板印象的两条不同路径;明确了性别刻板印象通过多元创业主体影响女性创业的过程,尤其揭示了其发挥反常识性积极作用的内在机制和特殊情境;最后,总结了干预性别刻板印象作用的五种策略,提出了未来研究的展望。研究结论展现了性别刻板印象对女性创业活动的多元复杂影响,为推动性别平等和创业多样性提供了重要的理论依据。
