摘要
国际企业人力资源管理是目前人力资源管理研究的一个热点领域。本文从战 略性国际人力资源管理以及跨文化企业人力资源管理两个视角,回顾了该领域研究的基本分 析框架和研究对象,并进行了简要评论。
