摘要
随着全球家族企业接班时代的到来 ,对家族企业接班问题的研究越来越成为学术研究的重点和热点。本文介绍和评价了Stavrou的四因素分析模型、Matthews Moore Fialko的认知归类路径分析模型和Dunn的焦虑分析模型。
