摘要
准确界定创业机会的内涵和外延,是识别、评价和开发利用创业机会,开展创业活动的前提。遗憾的是,时至今日,创业研究者们还没有就创业机会的内涵和外延达成共识。本文在现有创业机会研究的基础上,运用逻辑学基本原理并结合经典创业模型来界定创业机会的内涵和外延,以期促进创业理论研究和实践活动的深入开展。
