群体交互记忆系统研究述评

摘要
与传统组织行为领域的个体层次变量不同,交互记忆系统是群体问题研究的一个重要视角。本文在已有研究的基础上,介绍了群体交互记忆系统的内涵、结构、作用机理,基于因素决定模型和循环迭代模型探讨了交互记忆系统的形成机理,并分析了相关理论对团队知识管理的启示,最后就该领域的研究趋势和可供挖掘的研究主题进行了展望。
