责任型领导研究述评与展望

摘要
面对越来越复杂和动荡的外部环境以及全球化、多样化带来的挑战,领导者必须与企业所有的利益相关者建立持续的信任关系,这正是一种新的领导理论——责任型领导理论的核心观点。本文对责任型领导理论研究的重要成果进行了梳理,介绍了责任型领导的内涵和测量方法,对比分析了责任型领导与其他类型领导的异同,深入阐明了相关的理论基础,全面剖析了责任型领导的前因变量及影响结果,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
