战略与创业融合新视角下的动态能力研究

摘要
在全球开放、信息透明以及快速创新的市场经济体系中,动态能力对于企业绩效具有重要的推动作用。然而,随着产品生命周期越来越短、产业壁垒不断降低以及顾客需求偏好持续改变,关注于企业竞争优势获取与维持的传统动态能力理论已很难适应外部环境的发展要求,亟须在理论上寻求突破。基于此,本文首先对传统动态能力理论进行系统追溯,指出目前理论存在的对立性,并找到了新的调和方式。随后,以战略与创业融合新视角进一步探究了动态能力的本质属性,并从机会与资源要素匹配作用层面对动态能力进行了体系构建,最终揭示了新视角下的动态能力衍生机理,为动态能力未来的理论研究提供参考价值。

1在本文研究之前,关于“机会资源一体化能力”的量表开发工作已初步完成,其中共收集有效问卷214份,并设计了13个题项内容。通过数据分析,研究最终提取了三个主成分,分别是准备阶段、实施阶段与成长阶段。三组题项的Alpha系数、组合信度(CR)以及平均提取方差值(AVE)均通过检验标准。更详细的研究结论可参照高洋(2014)发表的《创业机会资源一体化开发行为研究》一文。
