4607提高农户的土地知觉控制是激励他们主人翁意识和生产性行为的重要途径,也是法律不断强化土地用益物权的绩效体现。文章利用苏、鄂、桂、黑四省份1114户农户调研数据,经验分析了土地产权实施对农户土地知觉控制的影响。研究结果表明,农户的土地知觉控制存在时序一致性倾向,安全的土地产权使农户倾向于保持先验的知觉控制,不安全的土地产权则使先验土地知觉控制较强农户的认知发生转变。经验结果表明,持有土地承包经营权证书和未经历过土地调整的农户土地知觉控制的时序一致性较强;未持有土地承包经营权证书和经历过土地调整则使得先验土地知觉控制较强的农户当前的土地知觉控制感下降。为此,需剥离农村土地所有权的行政内核及进一步强化土地用益物权,通过提高产权安全性强化农户的土地知觉控制。
