高管团队作为公司中最有影响力的群体,是企业战略决策的制定者和执行者。现有研究大多基于静态的团队构成或结构来论述其对公司战略的影响,对于高管团队的行为过程的理解却较为模糊。本文拓展了高阶梯队理论中的高管团队过程模型,将团队构成、团队结构、团队过程整合为统一的广义高管团队动力模型,并在此框架内对国内外高管团队动力研究进行了文献梳理与评述。本文针对当前高管团队动力研究过于偏重单一维度的静态结构性特征,基于动态过程和整体性视角,深入考察了高管团队动力的过程和机制,以期加深对企业战略决策行为的理解,并探讨了高管团队动力的未来研究机会和方向。
