团队创新影响因素研究述评

摘要
团队创新影响因素既是前沿理论问题,又是重要的现实问题。本文在梳理大量相关文献的基础上,从组织和团队过程两个视角对团队创新影响因素进行了系统考察,对团队创新影响因素的未来研究进行了展望,并指出从团队过程视角开展研究是推动团队创新理论发展的关键。
