消费者经常会产生已拥有资源少于所需要资源的主观感受,这种主观感受被称为资源稀缺。已有研究发现资源稀缺可产生双刃剑效应:一方面,可能会抑制个体对其他重要信息的关注,进而产生“管窥负担”;另一方面,也可能会使个体专注于使稀缺资源发挥最大价值,进而获得“专注红利”。通过文献梳理,本文首先综述了资源稀缺的定义、操纵方式及测量方式;其次,重点分消费前、消费中、消费后三个阶段总结了资源稀缺影响消费行为的双刃剑效应,并且开创性地从“开源”“节流”及“代偿”三条路径阐明了双刃剑效应产生的内在机制;接下来,从环境和个体两个层面梳理了资源稀缺影响消费行为的边界条件;最后,为消费者、商家及政策制定者提出了实践建议,并指明了未来的研究方向。
