韧性领导是指组织领导者在面对逆境、挑战或不确定情境时,采取积极有效的措施,在稳定中保持灵活,在灵活中维护稳定,以此领导组织从困境中恢复并实现成长的能力和过程。在复杂多变和高度不确定的情境下,韧性领导的重要性日益凸显,成为影响企业持续发展的关键因素。本文首先梳理分析了韧性领导的概念内涵及研究现状,厘清了韧性领导与危机领导力、双元领导、悖论式领导之间的区别和联系。其次,本文在整合现有文献的基础上,揭示了韧性领导的形成机制,以及韧性领导在组织和员工层面的影响效应。最后,本文从韧性领导的量表开发、丰富韧性领导的前因研究、探讨韧性领导对组织、员工和领导者自身的双刃剑效应等方面提出了未来研究的建议,并提炼出一个整合性的研究框架。本文加深了人们对韧性领导内涵的认识,为韧性领导未来的实证研究提供了理论借鉴,也可帮助组织发挥韧性领导的积极作用,规避其消极影响。
