绩效反馈机制是企业行为理论的核心命题之一,是影响组织响应的基本机制,为研究企业创新与变革等战略行为提供了重要的分析视角。然而,绩效反馈机制有其内在复杂性,现有研究文献的理论指向多元,实证发现参差,测度方法不一。为此,本文通过系统回顾相关文献,首先,辨析了组织在何时以及为何会对绩效反馈进行响应,以及不同的响应行为的分类与内涵;其次,发现了期望测量中存在的问题,总结了从绩效反馈到组织响应行为的各种权变因素;最后,基于整合性的要素和结构框架,本文探讨了未来的研究方向。
