组织的社会评价研究社会公众如何评价组织、社会评价如何影响组织以及组织如何管理社会评价。在“观众崛起”背景下,理解、应对和管理社会评价已成为组织与外界环境交互的重要组成。本文以合意性和个体性两个维度构建起一个理解组织社会评价的2×2框架,将声誉、地位、明星组织、组织越轨、身份、污名等来自不同流派的社会评价成果给予类型化区分,梳理各流派的研究现状,进而探讨不同评价类型之间动态转化的可能路径,最后提出组织社会评价未来可能的五个研究方向。本文提供的整合框架和转化路径分析,将不同流派的相关研究成果整合于一体,揭示了不同社会评价之间的关联和过渡可能,对明晰有关组织社会评价问题的认识,整合和深化研究,以及提升组织应对社会评价的策略水平,均有一定价值。
