绿色人力资源管理研究述评与展望

摘要
随着社会各界对企业环境问题和可持续发展问题重视程度的不断提高,绿色人力资源管理应运而生。有关研究表明,企业通过实施有效的绿色人力资源管理措施可以减少自身的经营活动给环境带来的不利影响,从而提高自己的核心竞争力。本文在文献分析的基础上,讨论了绿色人力资源管理产生的过程、内涵以及相关理论基础,并在此基础上梳理了绿色人力资源管理相关实证研究框架,分析了绿色人力资源管理的前因变量和结果变量,以及如何实施绿色人力资源管理措施,最后对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为后续研究提供参考。
