制造企业知识密集服务嵌入的内涵、动因及对服务创新能力作用机制

摘要
将知识密集服务企业视为可利用外部关系资源,进而运用社会网络理论考察制造企业嵌入知识密集服务关系网络的创新研究方法,为制造企业服务创新提供了全新的研究视角。然而,当前对于制造企业知识密集服务嵌入的内涵与动因尚缺乏清晰论述,其对服务创新能力作用机制的系统分析就更为缺乏。在梳理相关文献基础上,本文界定制造企业知识密集服务嵌入的内涵,阐述其动因,并以此为基础,整合网络嵌入、组织搜索及吸收能力等核心理论,探讨知识密集服务嵌入对制造企业服务创新能力的作用机制。
