摘要
工作和家庭是生活中的两个最重要方面,两者之间有着密切的联系。自上世纪90年代以来,我国处在以由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变为主要特征的社会转型时期,社会转型使得工作环境和家庭结构发生了许多前所未有的变化,因而,工作—家庭增益问题就成了转型时期人力资源研究者和管理者关注的热点。本文从工作—家庭增益概念、理论基础、发生机理和前因后果变量等方面对有关工作—家庭增益的现有文献进行述评,然后对未来研究进行展望。
