摘要
自我领导被广泛应用于管理领域的各个方面。国外开展自我领导研究已有二十余年历史,并已取得了丰硕成果,而国内对此方面的研究尚属空白。本文从自我领导的概念内涵、理论基础、绩效影响过程和测量量表等方面,总结梳理了自我领导的现有研究成果,然后在此基础上展望自我领导研究的发展趋势,以期为我国学者提供一些借鉴。
