摘要
发现理论与创造理论是研究企业家(或创业者)创业行为的两种不同理论。本文对这两种创业行为理论及其基本假设进行了比较深入的对比分析,并讨论了两者对创业行为,尤其是对创业决策、创业计划和创业融资这三种主要创业行为进行实证研究的意义。结果表明,这两种理论能内在一致地解释创业行为,但对上述三种行为影响创业者生产新产品或提供新服务的能力的机理却做出了不同的推断。
