摘要
新企业成长现象是创业研究者们长期关注且亟待深入剖析的热点问题。新企业在成长过程中面临着严重的新进入缺陷问题,而成长又是新企业对抗生存压力的主要手段。本文在系统回顾新进入缺陷概念的由来及其内涵的基础上,剖析了新企业成长的特殊性,最后从经营模式、资源基础、创新能力和合法性等不同视角探讨了新企业克服新进入缺陷、实现成长的方式。
