企业与非营利组织联盟研究现状探析

摘要
企业与非营利组织联盟是近年来出现的一种组织形式,有不断加速发展的趋势。本文主要围绕企业与非营利组织联盟的内涵、动因、类型及结果(绩效)等问题,对有关文献进行梳理和归纳,并试图揭示各相关问题之间的内在联系,目的在于拓展战略联盟理论的研究视野,并为我国企业与非营利组织联盟实践提供一定的指导。
