摘要
产业集群统计是全面统计和描述一定时期产业集群基本发展情况的工作体系 ,最早起源于产业集群发达的西方国家。本文分别从理论和实践两个方面探索了欧美国家产业集群统计的起源和发展过程 ,并将其划分为官方统计和民间统计 ,同时指出了产业集群统计在量化产业集群发展状况、促进产业集群理论研究、引导产业集群治理和竞争行为 ,以及制定产业集群政策等方面的广泛应用 ;最后总结了对发展我国产业集群统计的启示。
