在“双碳”目标下,国有企业的低碳价值创造面临兼顾环境效益、社会功能和企业利益的多元价值协同挑战。为此,本文基于“上海地铁”的纵向案例,从资源编排视角出发,探究了国有企业低碳价值创造的动态过程及演化机制。研究发现:(1)动态过程方面,国有企业历经了“萌芽期—成长期—拓展期”三个低碳发展阶段,呈现价值需求叠加、资源编排递进以及价值渐进协同的动态演化特征。具体而言,在政府目标、社会需求和企业利益等低碳价值需求驱动下,国企通过“政策内化型”“示范引领型”“价值共创型”价值创造行动来构建、拓展与重构低碳资源能力,并将其转化为低碳管理重构、低碳技术引领和低碳业务拓展等价值创造载体,逐步撬动社会、环境和经济价值的多元协同。(2)演化机制方面,国家使命对低碳资源编排的驱动和引领、“价值行动↔价值载体”的正向循环,以及价值载体的撬动机制和后效反馈,共同推动了国有企业低碳价值创造的动态演化。本研究基于动态演化视角对国有企业低碳发展研究、低碳价值创造的过程理论以及价值创造的资源编排机制具有一定理论贡献,并为国有企业纾解低碳发展中的多元价值冲突提供了实践启示。
