雇员主动离职是组织行为学中一个重要的研究领域 ,大量研究主要从个体层面构建模型 ,试图揭示雇员作出离职决策的过程。本文述评了离职模型研究近两、三年的最新动态 ,并对我国开展离职研究的意义和方向提出了看法
