本文对企业薪酬政策的前沿理论进行了分析 ,展现了国外企业薪酬政策所关注的战略层面 ,以及个性化薪酬政策所追求的目标。在此基础上 ,考察我国企业薪酬政策的缺失对企业薪酬管理产生的影响 ,并提出了若干建议
