组织制度扩散理论研究评介与整合模型构建

摘要
本文在回顾西方主要学术期刊近三十年来发表的组织制度扩散理论研究文献的基础上,阐释了组织制度扩散理论研究的对象和层面以及内在演化逻辑,并指出了现有组织制度扩散理论的一些不足以及未来可能出现的三大发展趋势,最后从宏观、中观和微观三个层面以及内生性和外生性两个维度构建了一个更具包容性和普适性的组织制度扩散理论研究整合模型。
