西方组织认同互动视角研究前沿探析

摘要
组织认同已经成为组织管理研究的一个重要主题。本文重点介绍了国外近十年兴起的组织认同研究互动视角,主要概述了互动视角的组织认同概念界定及基础理论,评介了互动视角包括组织鼓励个体进行身份扮演、祛意和赋意,个体进行身份扮演和自我身份叙事等在内的释意过程以及个体与组织互动的组织认同过程理论及模型,并评析了契合型与效仿型两种组织认同过程及其比较模型。最后,文章比较了互动视角与传统视角在理论和方法上的异同,并讨论了互动视角不足之处及其后续研究方向。
