商业模式创新概念研究述评与展望

摘要
本文在介绍不同学科学者对商业模式创新概念不同认识的基础上,对不同学科视角下的商业模式创新概念进行了比较,采用形式逻辑概念界定方法,从商业模式创新过程性和行为性特征入手,对商业模式创新概念进行了界定,阐述了商业模式创新的特点,最后对商业模式创新的未来研究进行了简要展望。

①以苹果公司为例,整个苹果系统以硬件iPod+iPhone+iPad和软件iTunes+Appstore为核心构成了自己的闭环系统,但同时又向零部件制造商和第三方软件开发商开放,从而形成了局部闭环的价值逻辑,改变了以Nokia、Motorola为代表的硬件销售价值逻辑,使得软件开发也成为一个重要的利润来源和竞争优势来源,进而促进了利润积累和利润错位。商业模式创新企业在盈利点和盈利方式上与一般企业存在显著的差别。
