8488本研究致力于回答创业能力在新企业发展过程中如何产生、由谁提供、创业能力如何为新企业提供持久的竞争优势等问题。本研究通过对三家高科技新企业开展深入访谈，对创业能力的概念体系以及其随着新企业发展过程在个体层面、创业团队和企业组织等层面之间的相互转化机制进行了深入分析。单个案例分析结果显示不同层面创业能力在转化过程中发挥的作用不同，转化机制也存在差异。跨案例分析结果显示不同层面创业能力的概念内涵具有一致性，且它们在不同层面之间是通过知识转化机制即人际交流化、编码化和制度化三种方式来实现的。研究结论一方面统一了学者们对创业能力内涵的理解，另一方面通过探究创业能力在不同层面之间的转化揭示了新企业发展的动态过程，最后揭示了新企业如何获得持久竞争优势的内在过程。
