创业学习是创业能力提升的关键来源,但现有研究并未打开创业学习到创业能力的黑箱。本文基于主体和过程视角,构建了较为完善的创业学习到创业能力理论框架。一方面,解构了主体、过程和能力三个要素,将创业者、员工、团队和组织视为关键的创业学习主体,将创业学习过程细化为直觉、编译、整合和制度化四个子过程,构建了不同学习主体的创业能力层级体系。另一方面,研究并揭示了创业学习主体、4I创业学习过程与创业能力的路径机制。本文试图打开创业学习到创业能力的黑箱,从新颖的层面、视角以及路径拓展和丰富了创业学习与创业能力研究。
