构建中国特色和谐劳动关系有助于打造企业与职工利益共同体,推动企业高质量发展。文章基于“全国模范劳动关系和谐企业”评选活动构建多时点双重差分模型,探讨了和谐劳动关系对企业创新的影响。研究发现,劳动关系越和谐的企业创新水平越高。机制检验表明,和谐劳动关系通过增进员工与员工以及管理层与员工的关系,促进企业创新。进一步分析发现,在内部创新资源占优、外部创新氛围严峻的企业中,和谐劳动关系对企业创新的促进作用尤为显著。文章的研究为深入推进新时代和谐劳动关系构建提供了经验证据,并为以科技创新培育发展新质生产力的新动能提供了政策启示。
