文章基于中国老年社会追踪调查四期数据,从价值医疗视角考察了年龄认同对老年人医疗服务利用的影响及其内在作用机制。研究发现,具有积极年龄认同的老年群体在医疗支出水平和服务使用频率上显著低于消极年龄认同的同龄人群体。机制分析表明,积极年龄认同通过增强健康监测与预防意识、改善生活方式、利用互联网获取健康信息以及促进社会互动来发挥作用,引导老年人更加重视疾病预防和自我健康管理,从而实现在提高健康水平的同时降低医疗成本。文章发现,在制定和实施老龄化相关健康政策时,应充分重视并纳入社会心理干预策略,引导老年人树立积极乐观的年龄观念,这是一种相较于疾病后期临床治疗更具经济效益的公共卫生投资方式。从长远来看,应提倡积极老龄化的理念,注重老年群体的整体身心健康,这是应对人口老龄化问题的有效方法。
