文章利用2004—2014年中国直辖市和地级市的面板数据,采用倍差法实证分析了高铁开通对TFP增长率的异质性影响。研究结果表明:从整体看,高铁促进了开通地区的TFP增长率,但是对不同层级的城市存在差异:高铁开通提高了区域中心城市地区和非中心城市地区的TFP增长率,但抑制了全国性中心城市地区的TFP增长率;从区域范畴看,高铁对不同开通地区的TFP增长率也存在差异:高铁开通促进了东部地区的TFP增长率,但是对中部和西部开通地区的TFP增长率的影响并不显著。另外,高铁对开通地区的TFP增长率存在动态效应和滞后效应的异质性影响;同时,高铁开通对不同层级城市、不同地区技术效率的改进、技术进步率和规模效率的变化都具有异质性影响,而且对规模效率变化的影响最大。
