5653已有研究缺乏从产权激励的角度，剖析农地确权颁证对农地抛荒的传导机制。为了进一步明确农地确权颁证对农地抛荒的影响，实现土地资源优化配置，文章采用2014年中国劳动力动态调查（CLDS）13 750名受访者的数据，分别使用Logistic、Probit、OLS以及Tobit回归模型检验了农地确权颁证对农地抛荒行为的影响，并进一步利用中介效应模型检验了农业投资在农地确权颁证情景下对农地抛荒的产权激励效应。研究表明：农地确权颁证存在明显的产权激励效应，能够显著减少农地抛荒现象，而农业投资在此过程中发挥了重要的中介作用。因此，政府部门在推进农地确权颁证后续工作时，应重视农地确权颁证对农地抛荒的正向作用，出台相对应的农业投资政策，激励农户对抛荒地进行复耕或者流转。
